The partnership underscores Suffolk\u2019s longstanding commitment to civic leadership, economic vitality, and a strong regional business- and public-sector ecosystem. Building on the Chamber\u2019s strong legacy of convening federal, state and local leaders alongside the region\u2019s civic and business communities, the Government Affairs Forum serves as the premiere platform for dialogue focused on the policy issues shaping Greater Boston and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe believe the future of our region will require strong vision, bold ideas and innovation, and meaningful collaboration across the public and private sectors,\u201d said John Fish, Chairman and CEO of Suffolk. \u201cThe Government Affairs Forum creates the space for leaders of all sectors to challenge conventional approaches, share their inventive ideas, and collaborate on solutions that will help build a stronger Greater Boston for future generations. This past year, the Government Affairs Forums frequently sold out, welcoming more than 2,100 attendees and featuring eight prominent and influential speakers, including Massachusetts Governor Maura Healey, Boston Mayor Michelle Wu, Speaker of the House Ronald J. Mariano, Senate President Karen Spilka, and Attorney General Andrea Campbell.<\/p>\n<p>The first Government Affairs Forum of 2026 will take place on February 24 and feature Governor Healey.
