I believe that you can work a job for a high pay and be miserable, unhealthy, and sick OR you can apply your gifts and talents in a way that makes you great money AND love what you do by aligning your career with your values and purpose.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"---j-716 \" aria-label=\"4. I\u2019m competent, well-paid, but I don\u2019t actually care about what I\u2019m doing.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI used to be a person who took risks and went after big ideas. Now I\u2019m stuck in a \u2018safe\u2019 job that drains me, and I don\u2019t know how to get out.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI keep telling myself I should be grateful\u2014I have a solid salary and flexibility, but I still feel so unfulfilled.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>This client didn&#8217;t want generic career advice. She wanted a new direction that blended her talents and her soul-purpose with a path that still brings home the income she needs based on her experience and value. I also offer mentorship, workshops, and community events that create space for honest conversations about purpose, ambition, and what fulfilling work really looks like. My goal is to help normalize career change as growth \u2014 not failure \u2014 in the communities I live and work in.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>What sets your business apart from others in your industry?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>I combine career strategy and therapeutic approaches in one powerful approach \u2014 helping high-performing professionals not just land a new job, but transform their relationship with work. Most coaches focus on resumes or surface-level tactics. I go deeper \u2014 into identity, purpose, and emotional blocks \u2014 so my clients find work that aligns with who they are and pays them well. It\u2019s not just about changing jobs. When I finally stepped into my new field using the skills I love doing to the fullest and became a therapist, I quickly realized just how many women are MISERABLE at work.\r\n<br><br>\r\nThey are doing work that is:\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Not aligned to their skills or values\r\n<li>Leaves them feeling drained and burnt out (and that\u2019s before they get home to often take care of their children)\r\n<li>Makes them feel stuck in a box where they can\u2019t grow or evolve\r\n<li>Are experiencing mental and physical symptoms from this career-life mismatch\r\n<\/ul>\r\nAnd then I realized that there is a MAJOR GAP in who is helping these women: Therapists, who are often wonderful people, but don\u2019t always fully understand the demands of corporate work culture, Career Coaches and Recruiters, who can be very helpful, but don\u2019t take the time to understand the emotional stakes that many women experience when shifting careers. I decided that there must be another way to help women navigate getting support for their careers. Some people call me a \u201ccareer therapist\u201d or \u201ccareer coach\u201d or \u201ccareer strategist\u201d.\r\n<br><br>\r\nNo matter what I am called, I will tell you this: I am a cheerleader for all people, and especially women, doing what they LOVE to do AND getting PAID great money to do it. There are many reasons we sell our souls for work, but your career dreams can still be realized.
