Caitlin assumes the role from Outgoing Chair Susan Loconto Penta,\u00a0Co-Founder and Managing Partner at\u00a0MIDIOR Consulting and Co-Founder and President of Modern Administration Systems.<\/p>\n<p>In her role as Chair, Caitlin will lead a diverse and dynamic network of women. The Women&#8217;s Network Board helps to shape the vision and strategy of the Network to successfully connect, advance, and celebrate professional women in all industries and at all career levels. The Women\u2019s Network features prominent speakers, impactful networking, and transformative events that cover critical issues affecting women, as well as the annual Pinnacle Awards, the most prestigious celebration of professional women in the region.<\/p>\n<p><span data-olk-copy-source=\"MessageBody\">&#8220;I am proud and excited to serve as the next Chair of the Women&#8217;s Network. With the immense leadership of Susan, our previous Chair, the Women&#8217;s Network is positioned to reach even more women and advance an inclusive and dynamic business community.
