A signature program of the Chamber&#8217;s innovative Learning and Development portfolio, WLP delivers impactful leadership development for women at all career levels and TWToday is a renowned professional development program.<\/p>\n<p>To ensure that women continue to advance their careers, the Chamber\u2019s Women\u2019s Network, WLP, and TWToday\u2019s Pay It Forward Pipeline Program will create new mentorship opportunities. This reflects the vital role of mentorship in uplifting women\u2019s growth and success. Importantly, 78% of WLP graduates feel prepared for the next phase of their career because of WLP.
