The T projects its budget gap will increase with each fiscal year. <\/p>                             <\/div>\r\n                                                    <\/div>\r\n                    <\/div>\r\n                                    <div class=\"col no-link\">\r\n                        <div class=\"card h-100\">\r\n                            <div class=\"card-body\">\r\n                                                                <h3 tabindex=\"0\" class=\"card-title\">Long-Term Instability<\/h3>\r\n                                <p tabindex=\"0\" class=\"card-text\">The gas tax raises more than $720 million annually for the state\u2019s transportation system, including debt service.
